Development And Testing Of A Two-Stroke Engine Brake For Commercial Vehicles

Jacobs Vehicle Systems has developed a decompression brake for commercial vehicle engines based on the two-stroke principle. Vehicle tests have demonstrated that it more than doubles engine braking performance at low engine speeds.
