Connectivity and the Internet of Things are opening up new ways of gathering and exploiting vehicle operating data. As part of an interdisciplinary project, TU Darmstadt is leveraging big data to devise scientific principles and methods that will allow the intelligent operation of and new development approaches for passenger and commercial vehicles.
