The Oragadam based CV manufacturer has achieved the one lakh truck sales milestone in just eight years after starting operation in 2012; Daimler Buses sold 4,500 buses since 2015
Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) has clocked a new milestone of selling one lakh M&HCV trucks in Q1 2020, just eight years of production that started in 2012. DICV recently also celebrated important export milestones as it has exported more than 30,000 vehicles under the brands BharatBenz, MercedesBenz, Freightliner and FUSO to more than 50 markets around the globe since 2012.
Additionally, Daimler Buses has sold more than 4500 BharatBenz buses in India since the start of operations in 2015. Moreover, the company has exported 130 million parts to other plants within the production network of Daimler Trucks since 2014.
