Alibaba Group Holding’s maps app (AMAP) has shortlisted HERE Technologies as a global provider of map and traffic data out of China. Starting April 2020, HERE will offer its location services suite as well as traffic data to AMAP that allows users to book taxi within the app from multiple ride-hailing companies.


MG Motor India Installs DC Chargers At 10 Dealerships

MG Motor India today announced that it has set up 50 kW DC fast-charging stations for customers of its ZS EV electric car at 10 dealerships across the country. This is in line with the company’s commitment in setting up a five-step charging ecosystem that is aimed at fulfilling the needs of EV customers. Škoda Reveals Design Sketch of VISION IN

Škoda has revealed two design sketches of its new VISION IN SUV. The 4.26 metre long concept has been designed keeping in mind the Indian market and will be showcased at the Delhi Auto Expo 2020. Where the first design reveals the dynamic front of the car with a large Škoda grille, large side air intakes, a massive front spoiler, the second sketch illustrates sharply contoured, three-dimensional rear lights. A part of INDIA 2.0 project, many Škoda and Volkswagen models will be developed on MQB A0 IN variant which is also being localised with the VISION IN SUV.

JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has introduced Jet Xtra XLM tyre for the light commercial vehicle segment. Avan Motors is Now Nexzu Mobility

E-scooter manufacturer Avan Motors has rebranded itself as Nexzu Mobility with an aim to develop into an end-to-end e-mobility solutions provider. The company will also be expanding its product portfolio with two new e-scooters and three e-cycles. Headquartered in Pune, Avan Motors has a manufacturing facility that spans 22,000 sq ft and is currently working with 60 dealers Pan India.
