BYD Launches Blade Battery Technology for Safer EVs

BYD has launched the Blade Battery which it claims can address and mitigate concerns related to battery safety in electric vehicles. The Han EV, BYD’s flagship sedan model slated for launch this June, will come equipped with the Blade Battery. Hero Group offers Rs 100 Crores relief towards COVID-19 efforts

The company has announced Rs 100 Crore towards the fight against COVID-19 fight in India. Half of the amount will go straight to PM-Cares Fund and the remaining Rs 50 crore will be spent in other efforts. Hero will deploy modified two-wheelers as ambulances in rural India, and distribute masks, sanitizers, and gloves wherever needed. Also, the company will distribute 10,000 meals per day.
