Datsun India, part of Nissan Motor India Pvt Ltd, has launched the face-lifted GO and GO+ cars at an introductory price of Rs 3.29 lakh and Rs 3.83 lakh, respectively. Both the cars are said to come with 28 new features and over 100 upgrades. The company also said it is featuring a new brand campaign for which it has roped in actor Aamir Khan.
The GO and GO+ cars are said to have been further enhanced with features providing advanced safety, best-in-class space and connected mobility. In terms of exteriors, the cars feature new front and rear bumpers, headlight cluster, LED daytime running lights (DRL). It is inside that cabin where the most change is noticed. The front bench-type seat has made way for traditional bucket seats with the handbrake lever between them. This improves the ergonomics, as well as provides customers with a cabin design that is intuitive.
The interiors of the vehicles have a new dashboard layout when compared to the outgoing models. The dashboard now features an all-new interior design with new instrument cluster, and a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system equipped with voice recognition and Android Auto/Apple Car Play. The Datsun GO and GO+ cars continue to be powered by the three-cylinder, 1.2 l, HR12 DE petrol engine that puts out about 67 hp, and 104 Nm of torque. The vehicles deliver a fuel economy of 19.83 km/l. The cars come with a standard ‘Datsun Care’ warranty of two years.

Powered by Japanese engineering, Datsun GO and GO+ are equipped with fabulous new features and upgrades for a more comfortable, safe and stylish driving experience, he added.
