Ford India Launch Endeavour 2.2 L Panoramic Sunroof

Ford India has announced the launch of its Endeavour SUV 2.2 l engine Titanium variant with electric panoramic sunroof at Rs 29.57 lakh. The 2.2 l Duratorq, four-cylinder, TDCi diesel engine in the Ford Endeavour Titanium puts out about 158 hp of power, and 385 Nm of torque. This engine is paired to a six-speed automatic transmission. This engine is claimed to offer a fuel economy of 12.62 km/l.

The Ford Endeavour continues to offer first-in-class and best-in-segment features, the company noted. These include premium interiors featuring over 30 storage spaces, multiple power outlets, flexible seating and cargo space of up to 2,010 litres. The Endeavour is the only SUV equipped with first-in-industry Active Noise Cancellation and sound absorbing materials for a quieter ride, and features Ford’s globally-renowned SYNC 3 in-car connectivity system. It also comes with up to seven airbags, including an industry-first knee airbag

Vinay Raina, Executive Director, Marketing, Sales And Service, Ford India, said being the most awarded vehicle in its segment, the Endeavour truly surpasses what consumers expect from a premium SUV. Introduction of electric panoramic sunroof on 2.2 l variant further reinforces Ford’s commitment to meet and exceed customer expectations, he added.

Ford will also continue to offer the Endeavour with the latest generation of its 3.2 l Duratorq, five-cylinder, TDCi diesel engine offering about 197 hp power with 470 Nm of torque. This variant comes with an intelligent four-wheel drive and first-in-segment advanced Terrain Management System to help drivers navigate challenging terrains.
