Land Rover today introduced the limited run Range Rover Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition, featuring more performance, luxury and exclusivity. The Range Rover Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition has been developed by Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations, Adding to its exclusivity, this special edition model will be available to purchase for one year only.
The Range Rover Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition is powered by a 5 l, supercharged V8 petrol engine developing over 541 hp of power, making it the most powerful Velar. The special edition features upgraded brakes and suspension components, in addition to bespoke settings for everything from the powertrain to the safety systems. Calibrations for the AWD system, Active Rear Locking Differential, eight-speed transmission, steering and air suspension have all been honed and are bespoke to the SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition.
The exterior of the new Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition features a new front bumper with larger air intakes to feed the supercharged engine and cool the uprated braking system. Other elements include new grill and lower side mouldings, combined with a revised rear bumper featuring integrated quad exhaust finishers. The SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition is available in an exclusive Satin Byron Blue, with all body colour options featuring a contrast Narvik Black roof as standard. Other exterior equipment include 21-inch forged aluminium wheels, in addition to the optional 22-inch rims with a unique silver sparkle finish and diamond-turned edging, in addition to red brake callipers.
The luxury SUV’s interior is spruced up by a heightened sense of luxury with a select combination of trim finishes and upholstery. The SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition features unique twin-stitched, perforated and quilted Windsor leather, which customers can choose from four colour combinations - Ebony, Cirrus, Vintage Tan and Pimento. The vehicle features 20-way adjustable heated and cooled front seats with memory and massage functions as standard. Other features come in the form of sports steering wheel with specially-contoured rim and tactile aluminium gear shift paddles, sports pedals and illuminated metal treadplates with Range Rover script, and optional carbon fibre pack.
The Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition features unique ‘digitally-knurled’ dials in the 12.3-inch Interactive Driver Display, along with a bespoke SVAutobiography Dynamic start-up screen. This digital detailing continues with the electronics that underpin the driving characteristics of the new flagship Velar model, the company noted.
