The company has annoucned new investment to step up its capacities while progressing towards future of mobility
Robert Bosch Venture Capital GmBH has announced to invest $17.5 mn in Teralytics, a Swiss based software company that is engaged in advanced mobility analytics by telecom network data. The company utilises proprietary AI for insights, anonymise and aggregate that can enable mobility providers, transport services and cities to predict and improve people journeys.
Teralytics receives anonymised cell tower signal data and turns them into aggregated mobility behavior of groups of people, thereby being fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Robert Bosch Venture Capital (RBVC) is joined Deutsche Bahn Digital Ventures, innogy Ventures, LBBW Venture Capital, Liil Ventures, alongside existing investors Atomico and Lakestar. As mobility is fast changing and people are looking out for new mobility options and technologies rather than owning cars, data will go on to become the king in future of mobility.
