Online purchase portals for both Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles now become more convenient for customers, along with the service experience
Jaguar Land Rover India has further made enhancements to its online purchase and service experience applications with more additions. Purchasing websites, ‘findmeacar.in’, and ‘findmeasuv.in’ have been upgraded with more features and easier navigation for better user interaction for JLR's large portfolio of cars and SUVs. It has a comparison feature, online chat abilities and click-to-call feature allowing users to make informed decisions on their next purchase. Once a customer selects and purchases a New car, the vehicle can be delivered if ready, or at a later date for customised orders. Additionally, existing customers may opt-in for a trade-in and get an estimated value on their current vehicle if it meets the company’s criteria.
Vehicles can now be booked for service by logging on ‘jaguar.in’ and ‘landrover.in’. The user simply enters the details of the vehicle, time and date, type of service required, and the retailer which is easiest to access. A confirmation email is generated after which a customer may opt for a contactless pick-up and drop facility. Work progress will be updated to the customer via photos and videos on the Electronic Vehicle Health Checkup facility. Payment procedures will be made contactless by the use of e-invoices that can be paid through a variety of payment options.
