Effective 1st October 2019, Ojha has taken over operations from Mansi Tripathy who moves to a new role as VP – Lubricants, APME region and will be responsible for driving the company through sustainable business models
Raman Ojha has taken over as the new Country Head for Shell Lubricants India, effective October 1, 2019. He succeeds Mansi Tripathy, who has moved on to take a global role of Vice President - Lubricants for Asia Pacific Middle East (APME) region. Moving forward, Ojha will be the Managing Director and responsible for driving Shell Lubricants through sustainable business models.
Ojha joined Shell in 2005 in the Shell Downstream Consulting Practice as a Management Consultant. Over the last 14-years long stint, he executed various roles that includes the Business Head for Shell Bitumen Asia, Business Head for Shell Bitumen Americas, Vice Chairman for Shell Foshan JV in China, and Business Head for Shell Bitumen China. Raman Ojha’s prime responsibilities have been managing sales, operations, new market entries as well as portfolio actions. He has significant cross-industry expertise across energy, lubricants, construction and fertiliser sectors.
