The new REPXPERT truck has been deployed with all engine, transmission and chassis products as well as latest tools for upskilling of technical workforce to handle sophisticated technologies across Pan India garages
With technology changing gears faster than ever before, it is fast becoming far more imperative to upskill the people involved in dealing the smoother operations and execution of such technologies. Addressing the need, Schaeffler India’s Automotive Aftermarket division has launched a Mobile Training Centre branded REPXPERT Truck. The truck, under the aegis of Schaeffler’s REPXPERT service brand, is the first mobile training centre that the company plans to visit over 50 cities across India by the end of 2019.
Repxpert truck has been deployed with state-of-art automotive technical training facilities, latest generation products & spares along with requisite repair tools. The centre has been designed to offer hands-on training materials and let the trainees touch and feel the technologically advanced products to understand them better and deal problems with precision. Schaeffler has also deployed a full time trainer to guide on standard fitment practices, facilities of effective home-tutorial videos along with examining failure diagnosis of all mechanical parts across transmission, engine and the chassis systems.
Debasish Satpathy, Vice President (Automotive Aftermarket), Schaeffler India, said by providing wide range of training facilities to garages, the company plans to skill-up the existing workforce as well as of the new and upcoming ones especially in tier 2 and tier 3 cities and make them future ready.
