Ridden in the upcoming Bond film, this 250 unit limited edition will feature ‘007’ bodywork, exclusive paint scheme and optimized electronics package
Inspired by the motorcycle ridden in the upcoming Bond film ‘No Time To Die’, Triumph Motorcycles has released a limited bond edition Scrambler 1200 XE. Limited to just 250 units worldwide, this exclusive run will feature ‘007’ bodywork and paint livery. Bodywork includes 007 brandings on exhaust number board and lower side panel finisher. The TFT start-up screen is unique as well along with real leather seat with an embroidered logo. The overall paint scheme follows ‘007’ inspired artwork with many blacked-out finishes all around. The engine is a parallel twin developing 89bhp of maximum power and 110Nm peak torque. It has been tuned to produce higher torque lower down the rpm range to be easy both off-road and on it. Bond Edition also comes with fully-adjustable twin-spring Ohlins rear shocks with 250mm travel for extended off-road capabilities.
The twin high-set exhaust has stainless steel headers and an Arrow silencer with carbon fibre caps also bearing blacked ‘007’ branding. Electronics package has six riding modes including ‘off-road pro’ setting which turns ABS and traction control off for advanced off-road riders. Bond Edition has all-LED headlamp and backlighting for all switches improving control in low light conditions. A torque-assist clutch will enhance the off-road experience with a lighter action. Also Scrambler 1200 Bond Edition has keyless-go, with the rider carrying the keyless fog in close proximity. Other convenience features include cruise control, heated grips and USB charging. The TFT instrument cluster has optional My Triumph Connectivity to connect to a phone app and access features like calling, music, navigation, and GoPro camera controls.
