Earlier this week Yamaha also announced the temporary shutdown of their operations at Surajpur and Faridabad plant. All essential services were ordered to be commenced by employees at a work from home basis. All these problems will contribute to massive losses to Yamaha, its dealer partners, and customers. But these little relief packages for customers will add some brand loyalty to not just Yamaha but all other brands doing their bit to battle this global crisis. Yamaha will continue to engage with its customers through its digital mediums, social and web, keeping them abreast to new happenings in the company. All queries may be channeled through IYM social pages and new information about products. We, on the other hand, will keep updating our readers as new information becomes available to us from all manufacturers.
